The man of steel or metal literally the person with quirk to make his body part to change to metal and other metal at his will and that makes him super strong and with enough quick use can make very strong impact and very less self impact that we all think about.

This may seems to be possible but will look like be similar use of particle change that has shown above bu will see it is much more easy then that as to make the cover as iron is much more easy then above a this can either be done in way that listed above or by making the skin to behave in way like metal like changing the properties that make it even more strong than even steel.

This can be seen with the help of micro particles that make it to take the impact much easy and that can be done by changing the properties of the skin by the rays and manipulation of there bonds that may make it much stronger.
